5-Day Robux Not Received Past Estimate?

First, check which stage your order is in:

Robux is pending, but hasn't hit your balance yet. The 120-hour countdown starts from when the Robux shows as pending, not from when you paid. Check the pending date on your Roblox Transactions page. If it's been over 120 hours, wait up to 6 more hours as Roblox processing times can vary.

Robux isn't pending yet. Robux will go into pending status according to the estimate on the Check Order page, or even sooner. If the pending estimate has passed, wait up to 24 hours. If the status is still 'Preparing' after that, contact CS via Instagram @golroblox_ and include your order ID.

Deliveries that exceed the estimate are covered by the Golrox guarantee, including bonus compensation if it's late.
