5-Day Robux Status is Sent but Still Pending for More Than 5 Days?

Your Robux is safe. The Sent status means Golrox has already sent the Robux to your account via Gamepass. After that, Roblox holds the Robux (pending) before it enters your balance. This holding period is set by Roblox, not Golrox.

How long is the pending period? Usually 3–5 days from the moment the Robux is recorded as pending. The estimate on the Check Order page uses this fastest timeframe. In some cases, Roblox holds the Robux longer, up to 30 days.

Check the pending date. Log in to Roblox via a browser, then open the My Transactions page.

• The total Robux still pending appears in the Pending Robux row under Summary.
• To see the date, change the Transaction Type to Sales of Goods. Transactions that are still pending are marked with a clock icon in the Amount column, and the date is in the Date column. Count 30 days from that date.

Past the estimate but still pending? Your Robux will still arrive. The pending period cannot be sped up from Golrox's side. As long as it hasn't been 30 days since the pending date, you don't need to report it to Golrox.
