Question 1

How to view pending Robux on Roblox

Accepted Answer

You can check pending Robux directly on your Roblox account: Log in to Roblox via a browser. Open the My Transactions page on Roblox. Look for the Pending Robux row in the Summary section. Robux from 5-Day Robux orders will appear in this row once the order status on Golrox changes to Pending. The Robux will automatically be added to your balance 120 hours (5 days) after it is marked as pending.

Question 2

How long does 5-Day Robux take to arrive in the account?

Accepted Answer

The total time is usually 5–7 days from payment: Robux is sent via your Gamepass and will be pending within 2x24 hours after payment. Roblox holds the pending Robux for 120 hours (5 days). After that, the Robux will automatically enter your account balance. You can find your exact order schedule on the Check Order page. This pending period is an automatic Roblox system, so it cannot be sped up. Need it faster? Choose Instant Login Robux or Instant Username Robux, both have no pending period.

Question 3

5-Day Robux not received even though the estimate has passed?

Accepted Answer

First, check which stage your order is in: Robux is pending, but hasn't hit your balance yet. The 120-hour countdown starts from when the Robux shows as pending, not from when you paid. Check the pending date on your Roblox Transactions page. If it's been over 120 hours, wait up to 6 more hours as Roblox processing times can vary. Robux isn't pending yet. Robux will go into pending status according to the estimate on the Check Order page, or even sooner. If the pending estimate has passed, wait up to 24 hours. If the status is still 'Preparing' after that, contact CS via Instagram @golroblox_ and include your order ID. Deliveries that exceed the estimate are covered by the Golrox guarantee, including bonus compensation if it's late.

Question 4

How to top up 5-Day Robux on Golrox

Accepted Answer

These steps are for 5-Day Robux. Want your Robux instantly? Check out how to buy Instant Login Robux or Instant Username Robux. Go to the Buy Robux page and select the Five Days method. Choose the amount of Robux, or type in your own amount. Minimum is 10 Robux. Enter your Roblox username in the User Details section. Click Buy Now. Create a Gamepass with the specified price. Follow the guide on how to create a Gamepass and set the price. Choose your payment method and complete the payment. Buying for a friend's account? You can. Just enter your friend's username, then have the Gamepass created on their account according to the instructions. After paying, track your order on the Check Order page. You don't need to register an account to top up.

Question 5

How to create a Gamepass and the price to set for 5-Day Robux

Accepted Answer

Creating a Gamepass is free, no Robux needed. You can do it via the Roblox Creator Hub (creator dashboard): Go to create.roblox.com/dashboard/creations and log in. Under Creations, select your game (place). Open Monetization → Passes, then click Create a Pass. Enter the pass name, upload an image if you want, then save. Open the pass you just created, select the Sales menu. Toggle on Item for Sale, then enter the Price according to the number on the Golrox Buy Robux page, and click Save Changes. What price should the Gamepass be set to? Follow the number in the instructions that appear after you select the amount and click Buy Now. Example: for 100 Robux, create a Gamepass priced at 143 Robux. This amount already accounts for the 30% Roblox fee, so the Robux you receive matches your order. Do not round the price, as the system matches the Gamepass price exactly. Do not change the price before the status is Pending. While the order is still Preparing, do not change the price or delete the Gamepass so the Robux can still be sent. Want to order again with a different amount while the old order is still Preparing? Create a new Gamepass. Do you need to create a new Gamepass every time you buy? Not always. Once the previous order status is Pending, the same Gamepass can be used again for the same amount. Having more than one Gamepass in the same place, including with the same price, is also fine. Make sure your place is public. After paying, you don't need to send the Gamepass link to the admin because the Gamepass is detected automatically.

Question 6

Gamepass still being requested, not requested, or error 404?

Accepted Answer

Already created a Gamepass but it's still asking you to make one. Check these 2 things: Your place must be public, not private. If it's still private, Golrox will show the message Your place is inaccessible (Private). The Gamepass price has been saved after being changed. Not asked to create a Gamepass at all. This means the system has already found a Gamepass with the correct price on your account. You'll be directed straight to payment, and your Robux will be delivered as usual. Error 404 appears when creating a Gamepass on Roblox. This is usually due to Roblox cache or an unstable connection. Refresh the page, log out and log back into Roblox, or try a different browser. Still getting an error? Send a screenshot to CS via Instagram @golroblox_.

Question 7

What does the 5-Day Robux order status mean?

Accepted Answer

Preparing: Payment received. The Golrox team is preparing your Robux stock to keep your account safe. Robux will be in pending status within 2x24 hours after payment. Pending: Robux has been sent via your Gamepass and is being held by Roblox. Robux will automatically enter your balance 120 hours (5 days) after the pending status is recorded. Check your Roblox Transactions page. Sent: Robux has been sent to your account. If it's not showing in your balance yet, it might still be in the pending period. Issue: Your Gamepass price is wrong or has changed, so the Robux couldn't be sent. Open your order details on the Check Order page and fix the Gamepass price according to the instructions there.

Question 8

Is 5-Day Robux guaranteed?

Accepted Answer

Yes. 5-Day Robux is protected by the Golrox guarantee: 100% Robux delivery: Robux is guaranteed to arrive in your account once the pending period is over. If there's an issue, CS will help until your order is complete. Account is definitely safe: you just need to enter your username and create your own Gamepass, no password required. Late compensation: if your Robux arrives past the estimated time, you can get bonus Robux, unless the delay has already been announced on Golrox social media. Claim via Instagram @golroblox_ with your order ID.

Question 9

What is 5-Day Robux and why do I need to create a Gamepass?

Accepted Answer

5-Day Robux is the most budget-friendly way to top up Robux on Golrox. You just need to enter your Roblox username, no password required. Here's how: you create a Gamepass in Roblox with the price specified on the Beli Robux page, and then Golrox will purchase that Gamepass. The proceeds will go into your account as Robux. Why 5 days? According to Roblox rules, Robux from Gamepass sales are held as Pending Robux for 120 hours. This waiting period is part of the Roblox security system, not because Golrox is slow.
