What Do the 5-Day Robux Order Statuses Mean?
- Preparing: Payment received. The Golrox team is preparing your Robux stock to keep your account safe. Robux will be in pending status within 2x24 hours after payment.
- Pending: Robux has been sent via your Gamepass and is being held by Roblox. Robux will automatically enter your balance 120 hours (5 days) after the pending status is recorded. Check your Roblox Transactions page.
- Sent: Robux has been sent to your account. If it's not showing in your balance yet, it might still be in the pending period.
- Issue: Your Gamepass price is wrong or has changed, so the Robux couldn't be sent. Open your order details on the Check Order page and fix the Gamepass price according to the instructions there.
