Make sure you entered your username, not your display name. Your username is the name starting with @ on your Roblox profile, and it is also listed in Roblox Account Info.
If you see a message saying Roblox is busy or cannot be reached, wait a moment and try again. If the username is correct but still cannot be found, contact Golrox Customer Support (CS) on Instagram @golroblox_ to place a manual order.
