What Is Golrox Koin and How Do I Use It?

Golrox Koin is your balance on your Golrox account to pay for your next orders. 1 Koin = Rp1, and it can be used in full without any deductions.

Where do Koin come from? From order refunds, cashback on every purchase while you're logged in (the amount shows at checkout, for example "Get 102 Koin from this order"), and Shopping Bonus rewards. Koin are different from Poin in the Redeem Rewards menu.

How to check your balance. Log in at golrox.com, then open Profile. Your balance is displayed under Total Koin.

How to pay using Koin. At checkout, select Koin Kamu under Payment Methods. Paying with Koin is free of admin fees.

Not enough Koin? Koin cannot be combined with other payment methods. Top up your Koin using the Top up button, or choose a different payment method.

Can it be withdrawn to an e-wallet or bank account? No. Koin cannot be cashed out, withdrawn, or transferred to other accounts.

Refunded Koin haven't arrived? This means the refund hasn't been approved yet. There is no fixed timeframe. Koin will be credited once the order status changes to Refunded. Monitor it in the Orders menu, or contact CS via Instagram @golroblox_ with your order ID.
