Can I Get a Refund or Cancel My Golrox Order?
Refunds may be given in certain cases, in line with the Golrox Terms and Conditions.
Cases we can help with
- Order cancellation, as long as the order has not been processed.
- An incorrect username, as long as the order has not been processed. Contact CS right away so the username can be corrected or the order canceled.
- Robux via Username orders that have not been processed after 24 hours. You can cancel the order with the Cancel Order button on the Check Order page.
- Failed delivery caused by an issue on Golrox's side. The order will be resent.
Refund terms
- Refunds are issued as Golrox Coins, not to your original payment method. You can use the coins for your next transaction.
- For transactions with a promo, voucher, or cashback, the refund equals the amount you actually paid.
- Orders that have already been processed using the details provided by the buyer cannot be canceled or refunded.
