These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") govern the use of the Golrox.com marketplace services ("Platform" or "Golrox"). By accessing, registering, or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all provisions of this T&C.

This T&C constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Golrox. If you do not agree to any or all of these provisions, please do not use the Platform.

This T&C is subject to and must be read together with the Golrox Privacy Policy, which forms an inseparable part of this T&C.

By using the Platform, you represent that you are legally competent to enter into a binding agreement. If you are not yet considered legally competent under applicable provisions, use of the service is carried out under the supervision and with the consent of a parent or guardian who is responsible for all activities and obligations that arise.

Golrox.com is an e-commerce marketplace that provides top-up services and the provision of in-game currency and items. The available services may cover various product categories, including top-ups, in-game currency, gamepasses, items, and other related services. Each category may have different setup methods, time estimates, and procedures according to the information displayed on the relevant product page.

Golrox is an independent entity and is not sponsored, endorsed by, or affiliated with Roblox Corporation. "Roblox" and "Robux" are trademarks of Roblox Corporation. The use of these names on the Platform is solely descriptive.

Golrox may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue certain product categories or services on the marketplace at any time as needed, with reasonable notice to Users where necessary.

Registration

You are expected to provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering. Golrox may deactivate an account found to have provided false information or to have misused the services.

Account Security

You are fully responsible for the security of your account and all activities that occur within it. Please contact customer service immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

Changes to Destination Username

Changes to the destination username on an order cannot be made by the User independently. If you have a specific reason, you may contact Golrox customer service via private chat for evaluation.

Account Deactivation

Golrox may deactivate or delete an account in the event of a T&C violation, suspected misuse of services, or other matters in accordance with applicable provisions. Golrox may endeavor to provide notice before deactivation, except in circumstances that require immediate action.

Violations of these provisions may result in account review, cancellation of related benefits, and other measures deemed necessary in accordance with applicable provisions.

Lawful and Responsible Use

Golrox supports the lawful and responsible use of its services. To maintain security and compliance with applicable provisions, Golrox may review, adjust, or restrict certain activities or transactions where deemed necessary, and may cooperate with relevant parties in accordance with applicable provisions. The User warrants that the funds and payment methods used originate from lawful sources and are used under lawful rights or authorization.

Payment

You are expected to pay the listed price through the payment methods available on the marketplace, including payment using Balance, QRIS, e-wallet, bank transfer, and retail outlets. Product prices and availability may change at any time. The applicable price is the price displayed at the time the User confirms the purchase.

Tax

The displayed price may be inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes, according to the information on the relevant page. Any tax obligation that arises follows applicable provisions.

Verification

Golrox may request additional confirmation for certain transactions for security reasons. If not fulfilled within a reasonable time, Golrox may cancel such transactions.

Pricing Errors

In the event of an obvious pricing error, Golrox may review or cancel the relevant order. If payment has been received for that order, Golrox may refund it in accordance with the applicable refund provisions.

Availability

Golrox does not guarantee continuous service availability. System maintenance, technical disruptions, or stock unavailability may occur at any time.

Limitations

Golrox may limit the number or volume of transactions per User to maintain the security and convenience of the Platform.

Methods, procedures, and estimated delivery times vary depending on the product category and are displayed on the relevant product page at the time of purchase. Golrox may change delivery methods or procedures at any time as needed.

Actions by the Buyer

Some product categories may require active actions from the buyer for delivery to be completed. Any failure or delay by the buyer in performing the requested actions is entirely the buyer's responsibility.

Time Estimates

The displayed delivery time estimates are approximations and do not constitute a commitment or guarantee. Actual times may vary and are influenced by various factors beyond Golrox's control.

Information Responsibility

You are fully responsible for the accuracy of all information entered at checkout, including the destination username. Golrox is not responsible for input errors made by the buyer.

Order Status

You may check the status of your order through the page provided on the Platform. Information regarding delivery may also be sent via email or other communication channels in accordance with Golrox's policy.

Right to Cancel

Users may submit a cancellation request as long as the order has not entered the final processing stage. Golrox may review every cancellation request and provide a decision within a reasonable time.

Refund to Balance

If a cancellation or refund is approved, the refund is currently processed in the form of Balance and is not made to the original payment method. Processing is carried out within a reasonable time according to operational conditions. Refunds to Balance are generally free of charge, and the Balance may be used to transact on the marketplace. If Golrox provides another form or method of refund in the future, it will be subject to the provisions applicable at that time.

Additional Provisions

Refunds may not apply to orders that have been processed in accordance with the information displayed, to issues arising from inaccurate information provided by the buyer, or to other matters in accordance with applicable provisions. For transactions using a promo, Voucher, or Cashback, the refund value refers to the amount actually paid. If there is a transaction issue, we recommend contacting customer service first so that it can be handled as well as possible. These provisions do not reduce the User's rights guaranteed by applicable provisions.

Problematic Orders Due to User-Provided Data

For orders with a problematic status related to the inaccuracy of delivery data provided by the User, including the destination username, Golrox may, as a matter of policy and within a certain period determined by Golrox, refund the value of that order in the form of Balance. Such refunds are a matter of Golrox policy and do not reduce the User's responsibility for the accuracy of the data provided.

Delivery Failures Caused by Golrox

In the event of a delivery failure caused by internal Golrox factors, Golrox may endeavor to re-deliver the order in accordance with applicable provisions, within a reasonable time according to operational conditions.

Balance

The Balance is used to transact on the Platform and is non-transferable between accounts. The Balance is not a deposit account and generally cannot be cashed out or withdrawn to a payment method. The Balance is attached to the User's account. Customer service can assist with checking and handling matters related to the Balance in accordance with applicable provisions.

To maintain security and compliance with applicable provisions, Golrox may hold, restrict, or freeze the Balance temporarily or for as long as necessary, including where there is suspected misuse or unusual activity, a request, report, or legal process from authorized parties, or other matters in accordance with applicable provisions. In such circumstances, Golrox may review, suspend, or restrict the use of the Balance while the process is ongoing.

Golrox may also adjust, correct, or reclaim recorded Balance arising from technical errors, or obtained or used unlawfully or in a manner not in accordance with the provisions. In the event that an account is deactivated due to a violation of the provisions, the related Balance may be reviewed in accordance with applicable provisions. If Golrox provides certain Balance management features in the future, those features will be subject to the provisions applicable at that time. Golrox may add, modify, or adjust the provisions related to the Balance at any time with reasonable notice to Users.

Cashback

Cashback may be granted for certain transactions in accordance with the program in effect. Golrox may determine, modify, or discontinue the Cashback program, including the amount, eligibility requirements, and validity period, at any time with reasonable notice.

Voucher

Vouchers are subject to the terms of use displayed on each Voucher, including the validity period, minimum transaction value, and applicable product categories. Vouchers generally cannot be cashed out, transferred, or combined unless otherwise stated. Golrox may cancel Vouchers obtained or used improperly.

Loyalty Program

Golrox may run a Loyalty Program that includes points, membership tiers, and other benefits. Points and tiers are earned based on User activity in accordance with applicable provisions, and may be redeemed for Vouchers or other benefits. Golrox may determine, modify, adjust, or discontinue the Loyalty Program, including the mechanisms for earning, redeeming, and the validity period of points, at any time with reasonable notice. Loyalty points and benefits have no cash value and are non-transferable unless otherwise stated.

Service Commitment

Golrox endeavors to ensure that every order is processed in accordance with the information displayed at the time of purchase. If there is an issue with an order, you may contact customer service for review.

Claims

If you experience an issue related to your order, you may submit a claim to customer service within 7 (seven) calendar days after the transaction. Golrox may review and determine the appropriate action based on the evaluation results. If the User is not satisfied with the decision given, the User may pursue the dispute resolution mechanism provided in this T&C.

Limitations

After-sales service does not cover losses or problems arising from the actions of third parties, user negligence or errors, or other conditions beyond Golrox's control.

Users may submit reviews, ratings, or other content through the Platform. By submitting it, the User grants Golrox a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use such content in connection with the provision and promotion of the services. The User is responsible for the content submitted. Golrox may review or remove content deemed inconsistent with these provisions or applicable provisions.

Notices and communications from Golrox may be delivered via email, notifications on the Platform, or other reasonable communication channels. You may choose to stop receiving marketing communications at any time, without affecting communications related to transactions, security, or applicable provisions.

Transactions involving digital products and services carry risks that cannot be entirely eliminated. Golrox endeavors to minimize such risks reasonably but cannot be held responsible for the actions of third parties beyond our control.

Golrox endeavors to provide the best service, but cannot guarantee that the Platform will always be free from disruptions or errors.

To the extent permitted by applicable provisions, the total liability of Golrox for all claims arising from or related to the use of the marketplace shall not exceed the amount paid by the User in the transaction that is the basis of the claim.

Golrox is not responsible for any indirect losses, consequential damages, loss of profits, loss of data, or any other losses of any kind arising from the use of the marketplace.

Golrox is not responsible for losses caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to network disruptions, natural disasters, third-party policy changes, payment service provider disruptions, or other force majeure events.

All content, logos, designs, trademarks, source code, and other materials related to Golrox.com are the exclusive property of Golrox and are protected by applicable intellectual property provisions. Use, reproduction, distribution, or modification without written permission from Golrox is not permitted.

In the event of a dispute arising from or related to this T&C, the parties agree to prioritize amicable resolution through Golrox customer service within a reasonable time. If deliberation does not reach an agreement, the dispute may be resolved through another mutually agreed mechanism or through the channels applicable under the provisions.

In addition to the mechanism above, the User may also submit a complaint through the consumer complaint channels provided by the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable provisions.

Golrox shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under this T&C if caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, war, riots, government policies, internet or telecommunication network disruptions, system security disruptions, payment service provider disruptions, or other acts of third parties.

The parties acknowledge that electronic transactions, documents, and communications carried out through the Platform have valid legal force. The consent you provide electronically, including through the use of the services, constitutes binding consent in accordance with applicable provisions.

This T&C is governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Golrox may determine the applicable jurisdiction based on operational location and business needs.

Golrox may update this T&C from time to time. Material changes may be notified to Users via email, notifications on the Platform, or other communication channels within a reasonable time before they take effect. The latest version is always available on this page. Use of the service after the changes take effect is deemed acceptance of the updated terms.

The User may not assign its rights or obligations under this T&C without written consent from Golrox. Golrox may assign its rights and obligations, including to its affiliates or business successors, while continuing to safeguard the User's rights under this T&C.

Any delay or failure by Golrox to exercise a right under this T&C shall not be deemed a waiver of that right.

This T&C may be provided in Indonesian and a translated version. In the event of any difference in interpretation between versions, the Indonesian version shall prevail.

If any provision of this T&C is declared invalid, that provision may be adjusted as necessary, and the remaining provisions of this T&C shall remain in effect.

This T&C, together with the Privacy Policy and other additional terms published on the Platform, constitutes the entire agreement between the User and Golrox regarding the use of the Platform.
