Why Was My Robux Username Order Refunded?
Orders are refunded if Robux cannot be received by the destination account. The most common causes:
- The order amount exceeds your Roblox account's remaining monthly limit.
- The transfer wasn't approved by a parent within 7 days. Golrox will try to check it first. If it's still possible, the order will be resent or refunded.
Golrox cannot see your account's remaining limit before delivery. Funds are returned as Golrox Koin and can be used for your next transaction.
Before ordering again, check your transfer limit in Robux Settings. If your account limit is still low, you can still buy Robux 5 Hari or Robux Instan Login.
