What is a Roblox backup code and how do I get one?

A backup code is a recovery code from Roblox used to log into accounts that have 2-step verification enabled. If your account uses 2FA, the Golrox team needs one of these codes so we can log in and deliver your Robux without waiting for a code from you.

1. In Roblox, go to Settings then Security.
2. Scroll to the 2-Step Verification section, then click Generate.
3. Copy one of the codes and paste it into the Golrox checkout form.

Roblox advises not to share this code with anyone. Because of this, only enter the code in the official golrox.com checkout form; do not send it via chat. Each code can only be used once. After your order is Delivered, you can click Generate again to create a new code.
