Roblox Account Uses Passkey, Can I Buy Instant Login Robux?

Nope. Instant Login Robux requires your Roblox username and password to send Robux to your account. If your account only logs in using a passkey (Face ID, fingerprint, or phone screen lock), Golrox can't log in, and your order will be marked as Needs Correction.

How to check if your account uses a passkey

• When logging into Roblox with a password, a message appears saying "Your account only has a passkey set up for login. Try logging in with a passkey or recover your account."
• In Roblox, go to Settings → Account Info → Login Methods. If there's a passkey, the button will say Manage.

How to fix your account

1. Create a password if you don't have one or forgot it. On the Roblox Login page, select Forgot Password or Username?. Enter your email or phone number, then follow the instructions to create a new password.
2. Remove the passkey. Go to Settings → Account Info → Login Methods → Manage, then tap the trash icon next to the passkey. Roblox might ask for password verification or a one-time code from your email.

Already paid and status is Needs Correction? Your payment is safe. Fix your account using the steps above, then resubmit your data to Golrox via the Check Order page, under the Disable Active Passkey section:

1. Check Passkey has been disabled.
2. Enter your New Password.
3. Enter your 3 Roblox account backup codes, or upload a screenshot of the backup codes.
4. Click the submit button at the bottom. Your order will be reprocessed.

If the button still says "You can fill this in after … Minutes", wait until the countdown finishes, then submit. After submitting, don't generate new backup codes so the ones you already sent remain valid.
