About These Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") govern the use of the Golrox.com marketplace services ("Platform" or "Golrox"). By accessing, registering, or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all provisions of this T&C.
This T&C constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Golrox. If you do not agree to any or all of these provisions, please do not use the Platform.
This T&C is subject to and must be read together with the Golrox Privacy Policy, which forms an inseparable part of this T&C.
Definitions
In this T&C, the following terms have the following meanings:

"Platform" means the Golrox.com website together with all features, services, and content available on it
2.
"User" means any individual who accesses, registers, or uses the Platform
3.
"Services" means all services provided through the Platform, including but not limited to top-ups, in-game item provisioning, and other related services
4.
"Golrox Balance" means the internal balance stored in the User's account on the Platform, which can be used for transactions on the marketplace
5.
"Content" means all information, text, images, logos, designs, and other materials displayed on the Platform
Our Services
Golrox.com is an e-commerce marketplace that provides top-up services and in-game item provisioning. The available services may cover various product categories, where each category has different delivery methods, estimated times, and procedures according to the information displayed on the relevant product page.
Golrox is an independent entity and is not sponsored by Roblox Corporation. "Roblox" and "Robux" are trademarks of Roblox Corporation. The use of these names on the Platform is solely for descriptive purposes.
Golrox reserves the right to add, modify, suspend, or discontinue certain product categories or services on the marketplace at any time with reasonable notice to Users.
User Account
Registration
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering. Golrox reserves the right to deactivate any account proven to have provided false information or to have misused the services.
Account Security
You are fully responsible for the security of your account and all activities that occur within it. Immediately report to customer support if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
Changes to Destination Username
Changes to the destination username on an order cannot be made independently by the User. If you have a specific reason, contact Golrox customer support via private chat for evaluation.
Account Deactivation
Golrox reserves the right to deactivate or delete accounts in cases of T&C violations, suspected fraud, misuse of services, or requests from authorities. Golrox will endeavor to provide notice before deactivation, except in situations that require immediate action.
Usage Restrictions
Users are strictly prohibited from:
1.
Using the Platform for purposes that violate applicable laws
2.
Committing fraud, identity impersonation, or providing false information
3.
Using funds originating from illegal sources
4.
Using bots, scrapers, or other automated tools to access the Platform without written permission from Golrox
5.
Making purchases with payment methods that do not belong to the User or that were obtained unlawfully
6.
Creating multiple accounts (multi-account) for the purpose of abusing promotions or the system
7.
Performing actions that may damage, disable, or overburden the Platform's infrastructure
8.
Infringing the intellectual property rights of Golrox or any third party
Violations of these provisions may result in permanent account deactivation and reporting to authorities if necessary.
Transactions
Payment
You are required to pay the listed price through the payment methods available on the marketplace. Product prices and availability may change at any time. The applicable price is the price displayed at the time the User confirms the purchase.
Verification
Golrox may request additional confirmation for certain transactions for security reasons. If not fulfilled within the specified time, Golrox reserves the right to cancel such transactions.
Availability
Golrox does not guarantee continuous service availability. System maintenance, technical disruptions, or stock unavailability may occur at any time.
Limitations
Golrox may limit the number or volume of transactions per User to maintain the security and integrity of the Platform.
Delivery
Methods, procedures, and estimated delivery times vary depending on the product category and are displayed on the relevant product page at the time of purchase. Golrox reserves the right to change delivery methods or procedures at any time.
Actions by the Buyer
Some product categories may require active actions from the buyer for delivery to be completed. Any failure or delay by the buyer in performing the requested actions is entirely the buyer's responsibility.
Time Estimates
The displayed delivery time estimates are approximations and do not constitute a commitment or guarantee. Actual times may vary and are influenced by various factors beyond Golrox's control.
Information Responsibility
You are fully responsible for the accuracy of all information entered at checkout, including the destination username. Golrox is not responsible for input errors made by the buyer.
Order Status
You may check the status of your order through the page provided on the Platform. Information regarding delivery may also be sent via email or other communication channels at Golrox's discretion.
Cancellations and Refunds
Right to Cancel
Users may submit a cancellation request as long as the order has not entered the final processing stage. Golrox will evaluate every cancellation request and provide a decision within a reasonable time.
Refund to Golrox Balance
If the cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed in the form of a Golrox Balance. The estimated processing time is a maximum of 3 (three) business days, but may take longer depending on operational conditions. Refunds to the Golrox Balance are free of charge. The Balance has no expiration date and may be used for transactions on the marketplace.
Refund to Original Payment Method
If a refund is made to the original payment method, such process may be subject to deductions by the payment provider and/or transfer fees that are entirely beyond Golrox's control and responsibility.
Delivery Failures Attributable to Golrox
In the event of a delivery failure caused by internal Golrox factors, we will endeavor to re-deliver the order in accordance with the applicable provisions. Resolution will be carried out within a maximum of 24 hours from the time the issue is confirmed, but may be adjusted based on existing operational conditions.
Golrox Balance
The Golrox Balance is non-transferable. Withdrawal of the balance to the original payment method may be requested through customer support in accordance with applicable provisions. Golrox reserves the right to change the terms related to the Balance at any time with notice to Users.
After-Sales Service
Service Commitment
Golrox endeavors to ensure that every order is processed in accordance with the information displayed at the time of purchase. If there are any issues with an order, you may contact customer support for review.
Claims
If you experience any issues related to your order, you may submit a claim to customer support within 7 (seven) calendar days after the transaction. Golrox will conduct a review and determine appropriate action based on the evaluation results. If the User is not satisfied with the decision given, the User may appeal through the dispute resolution mechanism provided in Article 14 of this T&C.
Limitations
After-sales service does not cover losses or problems arising from the actions of third parties, user negligence or errors, or other conditions beyond Golrox's control.
Risks
Transactions involving digital products and services carry risks that cannot be entirely eliminated. Golrox strives to minimize such risks but cannot be held responsible for the actions of third parties beyond our control.
Limitation of Liability
Golrox endeavors to provide the best service, but cannot guarantee that the Platform will always be free from disruptions or errors.
The total liability of Golrox for all claims arising from or related to the use of the marketplace shall not exceed the amount paid by the User in the transaction that is the basis of the claim.
Golrox is not responsible for any indirect losses, consequential damages, loss of profits, loss of data, or any other damages of any kind, whether foreseeable or not, arising from the use of the marketplace.
Golrox is not responsible for losses caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to network disruptions, natural disasters, third-party policy changes, disruptions by payment service providers, or other force majeure events.
Indemnification
The User agrees to release, defend, and indemnify Golrox, including its directors, commissioners, employees, and affiliates, from and against any claims, demands, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to:
1.
The User's violation of this T&C
2.
The User's use of the Platform that violates the law or the rights of third parties
3.
False or misleading information provided by the User
4.
Other illegal activities by the User
Intellectual Property Rights
All content, logos, designs, trademarks, source code, and other materials related to Golrox.com are the exclusive property of Golrox and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Use, reproduction, distribution, or modification without written permission from Golrox is not permitted.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute arising from or related to this T&C, the parties agree to resolve it through the following stages:
1.
Stage 1 - Deliberation: The User contacts Golrox customer support for amicable resolution within 14 (fourteen) business days
2.
Stage 2 - Mediation: If deliberation does not reach an agreement, the parties may appoint a mutually agreed independent mediator
3.
Stage 3 - Arbitration/Court: If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute will be resolved through the legal channels applicable in the respective jurisdictions of the parties or as mutually agreed
Force Majeure
Golrox shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under this T&C if caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, war, riots, government policies, internet or telecommunication network disruptions, cyberattacks, payment service provider disruptions, or other acts of third parties.
Governing Law
This T&C is governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Golrox reserves the right to determine the applicable jurisdiction based on operational location and business needs.
Changes to Terms
Golrox reserves the right to update this T&C from time to time. Material changes will be notified to Users via email, notifications on the Platform, or other communication channels at least 14 (fourteen) days before they take effect. The latest version is always available on this page. Use of the service after the effective date of the change is deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
Severability
If any provision of this T&C is declared invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be modified to the extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions of this T&C shall remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
This T&C, together with the Privacy Policy and other additional terms published on the Platform, constitutes the entire agreement between the User and Golrox regarding the use of the Platform, and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
