Gift Gamepass Pickup Schedule Delayed or Can't Make It, What Now?

Your order won't be forfeited. If the pickup schedule is delayed or you can't make it, your order will automatically move to the next available slot.

Why is the schedule delayed? Gift Gamepass are sent in turns based on the queue while the Golrox team is in the private server. If the schedule ends before your turn, or the server restarts, your order moves to the next schedule.

Can't make it to your slot? No need to contact CS. Your schedule will automatically switch to a new one.

Check the latest schedule. Go to the Check Order page and enter your order ID. The latest pickup time will be displayed there, for example, "Ready for pickup until 23:59". Join when the status changes to Ready for Pickup.

Delayed multiple times? Contact CS via Instagram @golroblox_ or TikTok Golrox (@golroblox), and include your order ID and Roblox username. CS will check your schedule.

Changed your mind? As long as the Gamepass hasn't been sent, the order can be converted to Golrox Koin. Contact CS with your order ID before the pickup schedule begins.
