How to Join a Gift Gamepass Private Server and Fix "You do not have permission" (Error 524)

The message "You do not have permission to join this experience." (Error Code: 524) appears if Roblox hasn't authorized your account to enter the Golrox private server yet. Your order is safe and won't be forfeited.

How to join correctly. Wait until the order status changes to Ready to Collect. After that, join via the Collect Gamepass button or the Private Server Link on the Check Order page. Always use the latest link from that page, as old links may no longer be valid.

Server is restarting. Wait a few minutes, then try joining again via the latest link.

Accounts under 13 haven't added the Golrox profile as a friend. On the order page, tap Add Profile in the Collect Gamepass section, then wait for your friend request to be accepted. The collection profile can change, so always use the profile shown on the order page.

Accounts 13 and older: private server settings are incorrect. In Roblox, go to Privacy settings, check who can invite you to private servers, and select Everyone. If that option isn't available, select Friends, then add the Golrox profile as a friend using the Add Profile button on the order page.

Kicked from the server and can't get back in. Rejoin via the latest link. The queue isn't saved, so you'll have to queue from the beginning again.
