First, open the Transactions page at golrox.com/transaksi and check your order. A problematic status usually appears because the data needs to be adjusted, for example, the Roblox username is wrong or the account is set to private. Fix the data directly on that page, and the order will be reprocessed. If the order has encountered issues up to 4 times, contact the support team via the same Transactions page for further assistance.
